Job Summary
Shift: Monday-Friday AM & PM weekly rotation.
Salary: Non MHE 26409.65 MHE T1 27450.65 MHE T2 27971.15
Purpose of the Role
Provide operational support to the Shift Supervisor.
Deputise for the Shift Supervisor during periods of absence.
Act as a role model for Warehouse Colleagues demonstrating company core values.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training for new and existing staff.
Support stock receipt pallet build put-away and despatch operations.
Support returned customer order processing to meet SLA targets.
Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained.
Maintain stock integrity and accuracy.
Support staffing and efficiency planning.
Develop team members and support succession planning.
Manage and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
Monitor operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively and solve operational challenges.
Qualifications :
