Ward Nurse Manager CAHMS

Up to 52000 per annum 37.5 hours per week

What Were Looking For

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) essential
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical setting
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance safeguarding and risk management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • A compassionate patient-focused approach to care
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the ward
  • Ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety
  • Supporting and developing a multidisciplinary team
  • Overseeing care planning risk assessments and clinical governance
  • Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Building positive relationships with patients families and external professionals
  • Driving continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes
