As an Administration Officer youll be at the heart of our hospital providing outstanding support to patients visitors and clinical teams while helping keep one of the regions busiest healthcare facilities running smoothly.

About the Role

No two days are the same. As part of our professional administration team youll provide frontline support across a fast-paced healthcare environment including:

  • Reception and customer service
  • Managing phone and email enquiries
  • Patient administration and electronic medical records
  • Data entry and accurate documentation
  • Appointment scheduling and general administration
  • Supporting clinicians and managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Working across multiple systems while managing changing priorities

About You
