Pay Scale: Starting at 13.97 per hour rising to 14.14 after engagement. Opportunity to progress to 14.85.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Founders House - a unique part of Central Area Services at Scottish Autism. Founders House focuses on supporting autistic adults with a wide range of needs including mobility and health needs.

As a team member youll work collaboratively with autistic adults their families and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being while promoting rest and comfort.

Experience in social care is desirable but not essential

Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalised support plans.
  • Build positive relationships with people their families and the wider team.
  • Collaborate with the person families health professionals and stakeholders to support the persons goals and aspirations.
