Waking Night bank Concierge

The Endeavour Foyer is seeking committed and reliable Bank Conciergesto cover lone-workingnightandweekendshifts. We are looking for individuals who can provide flexible asandwhen cover for waking night shifts.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering an excellent service to young people aged 1625. Previous experience working with vulnerable young people would be beneficial.

As this is a loneworking position safeguarding is paramount. Safeguarding training is mandatory and will be provided as part of our essential induction programme.

• Enhanced DBS check references and LADO approval are essential

Shifts Available:

• Waking nights:6:30pm8am or 10pm8am

Your Responsibilities:

• To ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends.
• To be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers arent on site.
• Manage the building overnight and at weekends ensuring customers are signed in/out and enquires are handled professionally.
• Monitor CCTV and complete building checks to include hourly patrols of the building and grounds. To report any issues to the Health and Safety manager and Scheme manager.
• Be available for training
