Food & Beverage Assistant

Were seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join ourclients award-winning luxury restaurant team. This is a hands-on role where youll deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fine dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm attentive table service with a focus on product knowledge
• Assist with mise-en-place polishing and maintaining impeccable presentation standards
• Support lunch and dinner services
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations

About You:

• Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment (essential)
• Excellent communication and a genuine love for hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented setting
• WSET or whisky knowledge is a bonus but not requiredfull training provided
• Flexible to work split shifts weekends and evenings
