Job Summary

POSITION: Waitress

COMPENSATION: 14.00 to 15.00 per hour (DOE)

LOCATION: James Court Soho London

AVAILABILITY: Full time

  • 150-cover restaurant with 80 covers inside 10 at the bar and 60 covers in the outdoor courtyard

  • Australian hospitality is professional knowledgeable and passionate but also engaging friendly and fun

  • Seasonal a la carte lunch/dinner menu showcasing modern Australian cuisine - coastal barbecue with southeast Asian and Mediterranean influences. We also have a daily breakfast service

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional prompt service and create memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality skills attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

You are passionate about food and wine highly knowledgeable about what you serve and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with guests. You bring personality adaptability and a genuine focus on improving every guests day while building lasting relationships with both guests and colleagues. Outstanding candidates will also have opportunities to develop within our leadership team and progress into future management roles.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available 5 shifts per week (full time)

  • Available weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

  • Available evenings (closing shifts)

  • Previous waiter/waitress experience (3 years minimum)

  • Character energy and warm personality

  • Strong wine knowledge or very eager to learn about wine
