Were recruiting for an iconic Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in London celebrated for its seasonal menus outstanding ingredients and warm welcoming approach to hospitality. Shift Patterns:

• 9:30am to 5:30pm
• 4:00pm to close (11:00pm / midnight)
• Double shifts: 9:30am to close (11:00pm / midnight)

What youll be doing

• Delivering attentive personalised service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience
• Building genuine rapport with guests and creating lasting positive impressions
• Working closely with senior front-of-house team members and kitchen staff to maintain exceptional standards
• Developing a strong understanding of the menu seasonal produce and beverage offerings
• Contributing to a positive supportive and professional team culture

What were looking for

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• An interest in Italian food wine and seasonal ingredients
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn from an experienced team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Professional and polished personal presentation

Previous restaurant experience is beneficial although attitude and enthusiasm are equally important.
