Were offering anexcitingopportunity for a Communications and Engagement Lead to join ourCivil Programme Management functionteam in Derby. Youll be trusted with the creation and delivery ofour globalcommunications strategy andPM communityengagement.

Responsibilities:

• Own and co-ordinate overall communications and engagement strategy and plans for the globalPM community.
• Lead the design and delivery of communication programs acrossthe functionto ensure employee relevance continuous engagement and transparency ofPMfunctionaldelivery and performance.
• To drive and support internal (and external as required) road shows to improve end user engagement and awareness ofnewcapabilities learning processes etc.
• Establish feedback mechanisms and processes to run Feedback across thecommunity including analysis of feedback to produce and manage a clear action plan.
• Help coordinate the delivery of complex change programmesincluding stakeholdermanagement.

Preferred requirements:

• Proven track record of delivery.
• Degree or experience incommunicationsor change management roles.
• Ability to create clear communications strategy and plans.
• Excellentcommunicationinfluencing&inter-personal skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics.
• Proven experience in large transformational programmes with key stakeholder engagement embedded.
