Volunteer Patient Feedback Liverpool Hospice
Job Summary
People often feel more comfortable sharing honest feedback with volunteers making your role vital. Youll also help open up meaningful conversations about end-of-life experiences helping us learn improve and be there for everyone facing dying death and bereavement.
Availability: Up to 3 hours per week - flexible to suit
Time: Mornings or afternoons
Location: Marie Curie Hospice Speke Road Woolton Liverpool L25 8QA
Criteria: Minimum 18 years or older
What youll do:
- Talk with patients and families to complete experience-of-care surveys
- Listen actively and empathetically to people from all walks of life
- Record experiences accurately in the persons own words and input data into an online system
- Escalate concerns and share positive feedback with relevant teams
