Volunteering with Change Grow Live isa great wayto make a real difference in peoples lives whilst gaining valuable experience. Whether you want to give back to your community develop new skills or meet like-minded people there are plenty of reasons to get involved.

Most of our volunteer opportunitiesdontneed any special sure you get all the training and support you need. All we ask is thatyourekind open-minded and passionate about supporting people.

Purpose of role:

At Change Grow Live we believe groups area great wayto engage and connect with those who use our services. We therefore offer a wide range ofStructuredGroupworkProgrammes includingAtlas Recovery Programandas well asothersemistructuredgroups.

As aGroup Work SupportVolunteer you willbe able tosupportwiththe facilitationand preparation ofarange of structured groups.

This will include promoting groups to service users reminding them ofupcomingsessionsand engaging with those who do not can also be involved inmaking motivational callsto encourage attendance and promotea range ofcommunity-basedrecoveryactivities.

You will be provided with training and supported to eventually be able to take the lead in delivering some of the semi-structuredgroups and provide one to one support to clients.
