Salary:28000 per annum.

Location:Remote(Home based with occasionaltravel& overnight staysthroughout the UK).

Contract:Permanent 35 hours per week.

Youll help to create brighter futures by:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on volunteer policiesprocedures and best practice.

• Support colleagues in using Oracle and other systems for volunteer recruitment and management.

• Maintainaccurate volunteer data and help produce reportsinsights and case studies.

• Develop clear guidanceresources and standard operating procedures to support self-service.

• Build strong relationships with volunteer coordinators and colleagues across the organisation.

• Help deliver learning and development opportunities including supporting volunteer networks.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of volunteerexperiences andprocesses.

• Support the organisations commitment to Investing in Volunteers accreditation.

Were looking for someone who is passionate about volunteering and understands the difference volunteers make.

You will bring:

• Experience supporting volunteers and colleagues in a charity voluntary or not-for-profit environment.

• Established customer service skills and organisational skills.

• Experience of working with data management systems.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.

• Experience delivering learningguidance or training to others.

• A commitment to inclusion diversity and creating positive volunteer experiences.

• A flexible proactive approach and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
