Responsibilities

At Change Grow Live you will be working with people tosupportchangeandthedirectionof their life togrow as an individual andtolive life to its full potential.

As aCriminal JusticeRecovery supportvolunteeryou will be working in close collaboration withCGLCriminal JusticeRecovery Coordinatorsandtheprobationservice.

You will beassisting Recovery Coordinatorsin their caseloadmanagement supportingthe service user through all aspects of their treatment journeycommunityorderorlicence conditions. This can include completing assessments risk management plans support infacilitatinggroupsand undertaking one to one work.

The service will also be workingdirectly with directly with prisons and providing a through the gateservice for clients who are being released.

This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of workingwithin boththe substance misuse and the criminal justice fields. You will be part of a supportive team andwill receive comprehensive training and guidanceto develop within the role.This is rewarding role where youcanmake a real differencein the lives of others.
