About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Voice Recording Specialist to support voice recording projects involving artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning speech technology and related applications.

In this role you will be responsible for recording provided scripts and delivering clear natural and consistent audio according to specific project instructions. You should be comfortable reading scripts aloud maintaining consistent pronunciation and delivery and following detailed recording and quality requirements.

This is a remote project-based opportunity. Successful candidates must have access to a quiet recording environment a reliable internet connection and a device suitable for producing clear audio recordings.

• Record assigned scripts accurately and clearly according to project instructions.
• Deliver natural and consistent speech while maintaining appropriate pronunciation pacing tone and volume.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines script instructions pronunciation requirements and file submission procedures.
• Maintain consistent voice quality and speaking style throughout all assigned recordings.
• Record multiple scripts or recording sets according to the required project specifications.
• Review completed recordings before submission to ensure they are complete clear and free from avoidable errors.
• Re-record sections when necessary to meet quality or project requirements.
• Ensure recordings are made in a quiet environment with minimal background noise echo interruptions or other unwanted sounds.
• Follow technical requirements regarding recording format file naming audio quality and submission.
• Meet assigned recording deadlines and agreed project timelines.
• Communicate promptly with the project team regarding unclear scripts technical problems recording difficulties or other issues that may affect delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling project materials scripts instructions and other non-public information.
• Follow all applicable project-specific quality and data-handling requirements.
• Work independently and manage assigned recording tasks responsibly within the agreed timeframe.

• Clear and understandable speaking voice with good articulation and pronunciation.
• Ability to read scripts accurately and naturally.
• Ability to consistently follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to maintain consistent pacing pronunciation volume and delivery across multiple recordings.
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and correct mistakes before submitting recordings.
• Reliable internet connection suitable for uploading audio files and communicating with the project team.
• Access to a quiet and suitable recording environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
• Ability to upload download organize and submit audio files using online tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Professional and reliable communication throughout the project.

Candidates should have access to:

• A quiet indoor environment suitable for voice recording.
• A reliable computer laptop or other compatible recording device.
• A stable internet connection.
• A suitable microphone capable of producing clear and consistent voice recordings.
• A recording environment with minimal background noise echo traffic household activity or other interruptions.

A professional studio is not required unless specifically requested for a particular project. However recordings must meet the projects required audio-quality standards.

The following are considered an advantage but are not required:

• Previous experience with voice recording voice-over podcasting broadcasting audiobook recording or other audio-related work.
• Experience following structured voice-recording or audio-production guidelines.
• Experience working with AI machine learning speech recognition text-to-speech conversational AI or related technology projects.
• Familiarity with digital audio recording or editing software.
• Experience working with online recording or audio-submission platforms.
• Experience completing repetitive or high-volume recording tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
• Access to a dedicated microphone or a suitable home recording setup.
