Were looking for a passionate and engaging Vocational Trainer - ESOL to deliver high-quality teaching learning and assessment that supports adult learners to develop their English language skills build confidence and achieve their personal educational and employment goals. Youll support learners from diverse backgrounds to develop the language personal social and employability skills they need to progress into further learning employment and active participation within their communities. As part of Essex County Council ACL is the largest provider of adult learning in Essex supporting thousands of learners each year to gain the skills confidence and qualifications they need to achieve their goals. The expected pattern of teaching delivery can be seen below and will be discussed / confirmed in the interview. Ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to start work ASAP. The first stage is a: 1 hour Micro Teach Presentation and discussion where youll have the opportunity to showcase your teaching approach and subject expertise. Successful candidates will then progress to a up to 1-hour Competency and Behavioural-Based Interview allowing us to learn more about your experience skills and how you align with our values and the requirements of the role.
