The Opportunity:

We are looking for our next Veterinary Client Insurance Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for a confident outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working in a fast-paced environment you will be part of a friendly supportive team whose emphasis is on delivering high level insurance assistance from the moment our clients contact the veterinary clinics.

This is a varied and interesting post. Therole will require you to use a practice management system (currently Provet) and will predominately deal with the general public veterinary professionals and insurance companies. The post holder will be required to work between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to cover the Veterinary Client Insurance teams opening hours.
