A longestablished London events venue is seeking an experienced Venue Services Manager to support the delivery of exhibitions and events throughout the year. The venue is known for its strong company culture awardwinning operations and commitment to people community and sustainability. The role sits within the Venue Services team and focuses on supporting organisers coordinating internal and external services and ensuring exhibitions run smoothly from planning through to delivery.
Responsibilities
Organiser support Advise organisers on venue services and ensure a smooth professional customer journey.
Operational oversight Approve organiser arrangements manage event records and oversee daytoday venue activity.
Service coordination Brief and monitor inhouse services; liaise with contractors and external suppliers.
Onsite event support Provide support throughout tenancy including occasional evenings/weekends.
Health & safety Ensure compliance with venue and local authority regulations; manage H&S matters and record monitoring notes.
Financial administration Prepare final accounts with the sales team and support revenue targets.
Exhibitor support Oversee exhibitor needs and support the Venue Services Coordinator.
Postevent reporting Produce aftershow notes to support continuous improvement.
System management Set up shows on the venues online system.
Industry representation Represent the venue at industry events when required.
