Salary: basic plus 3000 Productivity Bonus and uncapped Time Saved Bonus Scheme (dependent on level)-OTE

Hours Available

• 40 hours Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00) plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:30-12:30)
  

-Overview

We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our fantastic workshop. Working alongside experienced technicians you will play a vital role in carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology conducting vehicle services and completing any additional repairs.

Reporting to the Aftersales Management team you will receive ongoing support and access to excellent career progression opportunities including manufacturer-accredited programmes and Hybrid & Electric Vehicle training.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
  

• Conducting vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
  

• Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
  

• Completing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately
  

• Road testing customer vehicles to ensure faults have been rectified
  

• Completing all relevant paperwork to a high standard
  

About You

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) motor industry experience and a full and valid UK driving licence.

You will be self-motivated supportive of your team ambitious eager to learn and committed to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
