THE PACKAGE:
- Vehicle Technician: 35500 basic 41200 OTE (uncapped).
- Accredited Service Technician: 41000 basic 45000 OTE (uncapped).
- Accredited Senior Technician: 45000 basic 50000 OTE (uncapped).
- Uncapped bonus scheme with easily achievable OTE figures.
- MondayFriday working hours.
- 40-hour working week with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
- No weekend working.
- Excellent opportunities for further training and career progression.
- Carry out servicing maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults identifying effective repair solutions.
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience working within a main dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Manufacturer accreditation advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
- A professional reliable and enthusiastic approach.
