Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their established independent garage and this could be the job where your career finally gets a decent service history.

This is a genuinely friendly workshop where the team has been together for 1015 years each. So theres no revolving door no daily game of Whos left this week and thankfully no need to spend your lunch break hiding from management.

The Job

Youll be working Monday to Friday 9am6pm (45-minute unpaid break) with no Saturdays although overtime is available if you actually enjoy spending extra time with cars.

Youll have your own ramp your own workload and plenty of variety with all makes and models coming through the door.

Were looking for someone who can:

• Diagnose faults without immediately blaming the previous technician
• Carry out servicing repairs maintenance and diagnostics to a high standard
• Work independently and take pride in their workmanship
• Handle a variety of makes and models because apparently they cant all just be Toyotas
• Keep customers cars on the road and their colleagues blood pressure down

Who are we looking for

Someone who knows their way around a workshop can diagnose a problem without needing to Google what does this warning light mean and takes genuine pride in doing a good job.

Youll need solid mechanical and diagnostic experience a professional attitude and the ability to get on with return youll get a stable role in a well-established independent garage where the team actually sticks around.
