Our client is a family run multi franchised car dealership group with branches all over the North East.
About the Role
They are looking for an additional Full-Time Vehicle Administrator to join their team at their Dealership in this role you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant Sales Department and members of the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Update check and record all vehicle stock details.
Process invoices paperwork and customer details efficiently
Complete taxation of sold vehicles promptly to support customer delivery handovers
Complete general adhoc administration duties as and when required
About You
Previous experience in a vehicle administrative role (desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
