Vehicle Damage Assessor (Commercial Vehicles)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing commercial vehicle accident repair business for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their successful team.

The Role

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for accurately assessing accident-damaged Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) producing repair estimates using Audatex and working closely with workshop teams engineers and insurers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

• Carry out detailed damage assessments on commercial vehicles.
  
• Produce accurate repair estimates using Audatex.
  
• Liaise with insurers engineers and workshop teams.
  
• Obtain repair authorisations and manage estimates through to completion.
  
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the repair process.
  

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator.
  
• Audatex estimating experience.
  
• ATA accreditation or NVQ/IMI qualification is desirable.
  
• Experience with LCVs and/or HGVs is advantageous.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team.
  

• Up to 45000 basic salary
