About the role

Aspire Housing is continuing to invest inourHome Maintenance Service as part of our wider transformation our internal trade teams to strengthen the service we provide to customers build more in-houseexpertise and create sustainable opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers with usall whilst making a difference in our local communities.

In line with our 2026 strategy and corporate values we recognise the importance of putting the customer at the heart of what we do and getting the job right first time.

These roles will be an integral part of the service delivery team in meeting the needs of our customers and the businessmaking this an exciting time to join a growing internalservice.

  • Multi-Skilled Trade Colleagues- Salary 36249 per annum (For our voids and in-house repairs team)

  • ExternalWorksColleagues-salary 35089 per annum

  • Electricians Salary 41502 per annum

  • Do you havepreviousexperience in social housing propertymaintenanceor construction

  • Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do as we champion our customers

  • Are you passionate about making a difference and will take responsibility to get things done

  • Are a skilled and professional tradesperson

  • Have a flexible approach and able to take part in theout-of-hours call-out service

  • Hold a full UKdrivinglicense
