Job Title: Value Stream Lead Store to FulfilFunction: Supply Chain Modernisation Programme Business IntegrationLocation: Hybrid Nottingham Two days per weekContract type: PermanentSalary: Offered on a starting salary of 65920.00 per annum with the potential for this to increase up to 77553 over the course of three years car allowance of 7000 per annumClosing Date: Sunday 2nd August 2026The Value Stream Lead Store to Fulfil will play a key role in NHS Supply Chains modernisation programme leading the design and implementation of future business processes across the end-to-end Store to Fulfil value stream. This is an opportunity to help shape how the organisation operates in the future designing new ways of working rather than simply improving existing closely with stakeholders across the business the successful candidate will take ownership of both the current (as-is) and future (to-be) process landscape ensuring alignment between operational requirements programme objectives and strategic priorities. They will act as the central point of accountability for the value stream driving consistency and helping teams work towards a common is a highly autonomous role within a large-scale multi-year transformation programme offering the chance to make a lasting impact across the organisation.
