Job Title: Value Improvement SpecialistFunction: Commercial Location: Hybrid arrangement with presence required for 2 days office type: PermSalary: 32741 with the potential to rise to 36379 over 3 years Closing Date: 28th July 2026An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Value Improvement Specialist play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional value for the NHS through strong supplier partnerships continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our team and play a key role in driving supplier performance and value improvement across our supply is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our Supplier Improvement function supporting the delivery of our value improvement programme through insightful analytics project leadership and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Supplier Improvement Lead and Commercial teams you will identify opportunities to enhance supplier capability lead improvement initiatives and help unlock sustainable value throughout the contract you are passionate about continuous improvement enjoy working with data to influence decision-making and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can make a tangible impact on NHS value and patient outcomes we would love to hear from day you will Identify scope and deliver improvementprojects; removing roadblocks while maintaining strong stakeholder commitment on behalf of the Commercial data and identify trends and other metrics to support in decision making and other framework and briefing to stakeholders with clear performance updates and generating insights that strengthen decisionmaking at both project and programme level.
