We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic English Teacher (ECT) to join a thriving independent school in Bristol this September.

The role will involve:

Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities to contribute at Key Stage 5 where appropriate)
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop students literacy analytical skills and confidence
Encouraging a love of reading creativity and critical thinking through literature and language
Supporting students to achieve excellent academic outcomes through effective teaching and assessment
Contributing to a supportive and collaborative English department
Taking part in the wider life of the school including enrichment reading initiatives and co-curricular opportunities
