As a Production Operator youll play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
- Identifying and reporting equipment faults defects or production issues.
- Supporting production line setups changeovers and adjustments.
- Completing production records and documentation accurately.
- Maintaining a clean organised and safe working environment using 5S principles.
- Following all health safety quality and environmental procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues supervisors and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
- A strong focus on quality safety and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues quickly.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude reliability and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
