We are looking for Unqualified Possession Assistants to join our Sussex team
TES 2000 has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rail safety critical company as a PossessionSupport Assistant within the Possession Management Department in the Sussex route.
As a PossessionSupport Assistant you will support our Possession Support Staff and PICOPs on 3rd rail safety critical duties on a 0-hour contract with availability throughout midweek weekends and nights.
We can offer development opportunities to help you achieve your potential including PTS AC/DCCR alongside other competences.

About You
The ideal PossessionSupport Assistant will:
- Be able to follow safety standards set out by Network Rail
- Ability to work well within a small team and use own initiative
The Rail Support Assistanttypical shift will include:
- Working alongside a Possession Support Staff to ensure safe working practices whilst undertaking possession limit duties on 3rd rail
- Placing marker boards detonators at the Possession limits/Blocking points
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to possession activities
- Assist the PICOP or ES in conjunction with train movements
- Follow Safe Work Plans
