Unit Nurse Manager (RGN Qualified)

Day Shifts 33.75 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 23

Our client is looking for a Unit Nurse Manager to lead a dedicated team within their beautiful care home. This home is renowned for providing exceptional nursing and social care to older adults including those living with physical frailty and dementia.

  • Qualification: RGN or RMN qualification with an active NMC registration.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home setting ideally with team management responsibilities.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.
  • Passion for Care: A genuine dedication to delivering high-quality person-centred care to older adults with complex needs.
  • Organisational Skills: The ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
