We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our catering team.
The Grade 4 Unit Catering Supervisor plays a vital role within Lancashire County Councils Facilities Management Service supporting the delivery of high-quality customer-focused catering services across Bowland Café at Beacon Fell and occasionally at The Gallery Café in Lancaster. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of both sites ensuring consistent food quality excellent customer experience and compliance with all food safety health and safety and legislative requirements. Working as part of the FM Conference and Catering team the post holder will supervise catering staff contribute to menu planning and stock control and support the efficient and safe running of busy café environments. This is a hands-on role that combines operational delivery with team support ensuring that services remain professional welcoming and aligned with Lancashire County Councils values of being supportive innovative respectful and collaborative.
In return Lancashire County Council is proud to offer a salary of 25949 with a 33% weekend enhancement and 50% bank holiday uplift. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday which increases to 32 days after 5 years service. Excellent local government pension scheme. Uniform and training will be provided.
