Job Summary
TURKISH SPEAKING DUE DILIGENCE PRACTITIONER
S-RM is seeking an experiencedTurkish-speaking due diligence practitioner to join the MENA team within our Corporate Intelligence division based in our London open to candidates at Analyst Senior Analyst or Associate levelandwhilethe role will be shaped to reflect the successful candidates experience this is not an entry level position.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
This is not an entry level for the following experience and qualifications:
- Anexperienced due diligence practitionerwithatrack recordof researching and writing complex due diligence reports for M&A private equity and investment clients and/or investigations in support of disputes and legal proceedings;
- High workingproficiencyin Turkish (a minimum requirement for this position);additionallanguages are welcome but not;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Excellent research analytical and investigative skills with demonstrable experience in open-source and human-source intelligence gathering and analysis;
- Demonstrable experience in planningorganisingand delivering research and writing projects;
- A clear interest in Turkish political and business affairs; and
- Candidates must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment.

THE ROLE
As an experienced due diligence and investigations practitioner you willbe responsible for:
- Researchingwritingand reviewing high-quality intelligence reports on companies and individuals - spanning transactional due diligence strategicintelligenceand investigations - drawing on open-source (OSINT) and human-source (HUMINT) intelligence gathering;
- Providing subject matterexpertiseon the politicalregulatoryand corporate risk environment in Türkiye;
- Conducting research in EnglishTurkishand other relevant regional languages on corporate and political issues; and
- Presenting findings and assessments to managers and clients.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable collaborative and wants to grow with the role will be based in our Londonofficehowever we have flexible working arrangements available.
