Budget and Synergies Management team plays a key role in the successful delivery of the TSB Integration programme. We provide financial oversight budget management and performance reporting across a complex portfolio of integration initiatives. Working closely with Project Finance and Business stakeholders we help ensure investment is effectively managed and expected synergies are delivered. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of Santander UKs most significant strategic transformation programmes.
THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
Santander UK is looking for a TSB Integration Finance Analyst based out of Milton Keynes.
This role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The Finance Analyst will support the financial governance forecasting budget management and reporting activities across the TSB Integration programme. Working within the Budget and Synergies workstream the role will provide financial insight cost analysis and synergies tracking to support effective decision-making budget control and delivery of programme objectives.
The role will work closely with Project Managers Finance and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting robust governance and effective management of programme expenditure.

Track actual expenditure against approved budgets and funding allocations.
Support monthly financial processes including accruals prepayments and recharge activities.
Ensure financial information meets Santander governance and audit requirements.
Support forecasting and budget revision activities.
Track resource costs contractor spend and supplier expenditure.
Deliver analysis and insight to support programme management decision-making.
Monitor key financial and delivery KPIs.
Reconcile resource plans against programme budgets and forecasts.
Monitor supplier costs and external consultancy expenditure.
Build effective relationships with Project Managers Finance and external suppliers.

Professional Experience:
Experience within Financial Management (Required)
Experience producing reports financial analysis or management information (Required)
Solid analytical and numerical capability (Required)
Experience working with large datasets and financial information (Required)
Excellent Excel skills including data analysis and financial modelling (Required)
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills (Preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (Required)
Experience in budgeting forecasting or cost management (Required)
Experience supporting business cases and benefits tracking (referred)
Knowledge of project governance frameworks (Preferred)
Education:
Education at graduate level or equivalent experience in Finance (Required)

Salary Range:
35452.00 - 53178.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
