TheOperations Assistant works to deliver operational performance within customer facing channels through controlling the quality operational data delivery of strategic support roadmap and stakeholder support.

• Analytical skills be able to work with a range of data and business information to provide insights on how we can make better happen.
• Excellent Excel skills are a must.

• Experience in presenting to a multitude of stakeholders and able to hold difficult conversations when necessary.
• The ability to see the larger picture question the norm and be comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Strong organisational time management and communication skills.

• Experience in building and maintaining senior level relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
