In this role youll support the delivery of the centralisation of marketing planning and performance by creating a holistic view of marketing activity ensuring that marketing activity is aligned to resource and TSBs strategy and supporting on marketings strategic modelling.

• An ability to build relationships and be comfortable with stakeholders to gather information. Proactively evaluating plans against criteria and challenging where necessary.
• Experience of working with MI tools and using applications like Excel Planer PowerBi and WorkFront
• Excellent stakeholder management skills that can be used to influence both internally and externally.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output from the team.
• Ability to pull together MI and decks for regular meetings.
• Play a key supporting role in meetings across Central Planning (examples: Trading Interlock and Marketing Mobilisation) and look for opportunities to chair or have a greater role in these sessions.
• Ensure that all marketing activity is well-supported aligned to strategy and is sufficiently resourced.
• Be involved in workshops and annual plans driven by the central planning process. Support on the outputs and actions from the sessions and input into the review process of these plans on a quarterly basis to ensure our resources and budgets are directed in the right place.
• Support the delivery of the annual marketing budget with specific focus on managing operational and insight costs.
