Job Summary
Unit Role: Reserve War Fighting Infantry Light Role Unit.
Position Role: Training Officer learning and development within a Reserve Inf LR Bn.
Responsibilities: Plan manage and deliver Unit training as directed to ensure operational readiness and capability development. Direct and support training activities delegating to appropriately qualified personnel in the delivery of mandatory and Unit-specific trg.
- Lead the delivery and administration of Unit training.
- Deliver and oversee training in classroom and in the field.
- Validate and assure training delivery.
- Schedule and resource all Unit training.
- Support sub-unit training activities.
- Provide any required assurance on Unit/ Sub-Unit collective training.
