This role will help us to do this by managing our organisations cash funding and investment activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
In this role you willbe responsible for...
- Complete and accurate processing and recording of treasury transactions in line with the treasury accounting processes and policies
- Cashflow and forecasting to ensure that liquidity ratios are met at all times and sufficient cash is available to meet business requirements
- Preparation of timely financial reporting for Development and Growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant colleagues including the wider Finance Team
We are looking for people who are/have...
- Experience with treasury management systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in treasury cash management or financial accounting
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

Irwell Valley Homes is a housing association providing affordable homes and services to over 16000 people across Greater Manchester and employing over 280 colleagues.
We are a charitable registered provider of social housing and offer homes mainly for social rent with a small number for affordable rent market rent and shared ownership. We also provide homes with support for people with dementia mental health issues learning and physical disabilities those who have been made homeless and people affected by domestic abuse.
