Location: E3 South Elmsall Pontefract
Shift: Mon - Fri 08:30-17:00 40 hours

*National travel will be required every few months

The Transport Content Specialist plays a vital role in keeping our transport operation safe efficient and fully aligned with regulatory standards. You will make a real difference by keeping our Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up-to-date transforming complex regulations into clear engaging content for our teams. Working closely with the Transport Quality Manager depot teams and operational leaders you will ensure our workforce is informed and supported. From day one NEXT will provide the tools guidance and training needed to help you settle into the team and succeed in your role.

What youll take on

  • Support the Transport Quality Manager in monitoring the QMS to track review and update essential processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct thorough process reviews and issue updated compliant operational documents.
  • Draft refine and release user-friendly SOPs tailored to transport operations and industry regulations.
  • Create engaging e-learning courses and interactive modules on the Thrive LMS platform to bring operational standards to life.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation to ensure full compliance across all legal and regulatory transport standards.
  • Review National depot processes alongside the Transport Quality Manager to monitor procedural consistency and implement corrective actions.

What youll bring

  • Background in transport or logistics operations quality assurance or compliance administration.
  • Outstanding technical writing skills with a proven ability to translate complex regulations into clear accessible guides and SOPs.
  • Practical experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) with Thrive LMS being a advantage.
  • High attention to detail and an analytical approach to spot compliance gaps and solve problems effectively.
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills to handle multiple review schedules site audits and operational deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong working relationships with depot teams operational managers and external vendors.
