This role office location can be either Derry or Belfast working on a hybrid basis.
IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU
This is an exciting role for someone who wants to build deep expertisein transformation change managementand project managementfrom the ground up.You will work closely with the Senior Transformation Manager on complex programmesincluding org redesign operating model worktechnology implementationand mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activitywhile developing your skills across the full range of capabilities in our TransformationandStrategic Change framework.
You will be an individual contributor at this stage but one with real ownership. Using our T-shirt sizing model (XS S M L XL) you will independently lead XS and S-sized initiatives and take ownership of specific workstreams within larger M and L programmeslead by our Senior Transformation Manager.This role involves the practical mechanics of deliveryincludinggathering and documenting requirements coordinating across stakeholders supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and tools and keeping multiple workstreams on track.This is a role for someone who is hungry to learn comfortable with ambiguity and wants to make a tangible difference to how Foods Connected works.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project & Transformation Delivery (60%)
- Support the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes including M&A integration operating model redesign and organisational restructuringworking closely with Senior Programme lead
- Ownand runthe delivery of XS and S-sized initiatives independentlyand take clear ownership of specific workstreams within larger programmes
- Produce high-quality change deliverables: stakeholder maps change impact assessments communications plans training materials and status reports
- Conduct research and analysis to support programme decisionincluding benchmarking readiness surveys and gap analysis
- Support technology and system implementations; coordinating rollout activities tracking adoption and helping move tools from pilot through to full implementationParticipate in and helpfacilitatestakeholder workshops and engagement sessions building andmaintainingstrong working relationships across the business
- Apply change frameworks (ADKAR Kotter) under guidance developing confidence to apply them independently over time
- Support benefits tracking andmaintainprogramme trackers logs and dashboards
- Plan and manage project activity using delivery toolsandkeep plans tasks and progress up to date and visible
OrganisationDesign OperatingModel Support& Implementation Support(30%)
- Support operating model design and organisational redesign projectsincluding documenting current-state and future-state models org charts and role mapping
- Assistin analysing M&A integration workstreams mapping processesidentifyingduplication or gaps and supporting integration planning
- Create clear well-structured documentation that helps stakeholders understand and navigate change
- Conduct process mapping andidentify opportunities for improvement within change workstreams
- Support technology implementation workstreams; requirements gathering vendor and tool documentation testing coordination and adoption tracking
- Act as a coordination point between stakeholders delivery teams and vendors ensuring information flows and dependencies are managed

QualificationsandExperience
Essential
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or a fast-paced transformation change or project delivery role
- Demonstrable project management or delivery experience planning work managing tasks and timelines coordinating contributors and getting things done to deadline
- Proven ability to get up to speed quickly in a new domain or business contextyoudontneed perfect information to make a start
- Comfortable working with ambiguityable to stay productive and make good decisions when priorities shift or the pathisntfully defined
- Genuinely curiousyou ask good questionsseekto understand before you act and are energised by learning new things
- Demonstrable interest in or exposure to organisational design operating models or M&A/integration work
- Exposure to technology or system implementation projects including supporting rollout adoption or testing activities
- Strong information-gathering skills; able to elicit requirements ask the right questions and structure findings clearly
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skillsable to make sense of complexity and communicate it clearly
- Excellent written communicationproducing clear documentation presentationsrequirementsandengagingstakeholder materials
- Awareness of change management frameworks (ADKARProsci Kotter)either formally or through practice

Desirable
- ProsciChange Management Intro or equivalent certification (or willingness to undertake this)
- Experience supporting an OD org redesign or M&A project
- Exposure to Agile delivery methods (Scrum Kanban)
- Experience in a SaaS technology or food industry business
