Part-time role 20 hours a week over 4 days
Horsea Island (Portsmouth)
Due to the nature of this role you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What youll be doing
- Coordinate scheduling of training programmes including creating and maintaining timetables
- Allocate resources (trainers rooms equipment) to ensure smooth delivery of courses
- Maintain and update course schedules and templates within internal systems
- Publish training schedules and course information on relevant platforms
- Support changes to schedules ensuring updates are accurately reflected and communicated
- Provide administrative support for training delivery including coordinating visits venues and guest speakers
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all scheduling and resource requirements are met
- Assist with reporting and general scheduling administration including handling queries and supporting day-to-day operations

Essential:
- Previous experience as an administrator/co-ordinator
- Strong MS Office skills
- Adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
