Trainee Service Manager Hampshire

Were looking for a Trainee Service Manager to join our team and develop into a key role within the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised reliable friendly and keen to learn with the ambition to progress into a management position.

Youll receive full training and support while learning how to manage the day-to-day running of our service operation. Your responsibilities will grow as your knowledge and confidence develop.

Youll be involved in areas such as:

• Supporting the service team with day-to-day operations

• Dealing with customers and helping provide excellent service

• Organising bookings schedules and workloads

• Supporting staff and keeping the team running smoothly

• Handling administration and keeping records up to date

• Learning the skills required to progress into a Service Manager role

• A positive hardworking attitude

• Good communication and people skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Reliability and punctuality

• A willingness to learn and take on responsibility

• Previous experience in a customer service or service environment is helpful but full training will be provided

• Monday to Friday 8:00am5:30pm

• No weekend work
