- Driving new business -identifying opportunities making outbound calls and building relationships
- Winning vacancies- pitching recruitment services taking detailed job briefs and securing roles
- Building candidate pipelines - proactively sourcing talent
- Matching talent to roles - qualifying candidates understanding motivations and presenting them to clients
- Driving revenue - supporting the team to hit targets fill roles quickly and deliver exceptional service
- Managing the recruitment cycle - from first contact to placement
