We are currently looking for a Trainee Claims Handler to join us based within reach of our Nottingham office.

This customer facing role is to support our Property claims team managing a portfolio Insurance claims from initial notification to final resolution. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• You will investigate allocated claims which includes gathering information and assessing the extent of the loss or damage
• Makes sound decisions based on the available information own experience and consideration of all possible outcomes.
• Keep accurate and complete records of communications and business transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Carry out all work in accordance with agreed service standards and FCA regulations.
