Job Summary
Our Work Matters:At Kindeva we make products that save lives ensuring better health and well-being for patients around the Overview:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Toolmaker to join our Clitheroe team to support the growth of our customer partnerships helping improve patient outcomes around the this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of all component production presses to ensure daily production targets are with continuous improvements activities within the module including safety current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Involves a shift operation covering a wide variety of products & processes to produce current and next generation Metered Dose Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work safely in line with behavioural safety out maintenance and refurbishment of transfer press and progression routine preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with the companys asset care and maintain a healthy supply of spares to minimise up machines for change of job in a timely manner and authorise for and interpret Technical Drawings / Technical with the 10 rules of appropriate diagnostic tools to assist in resolving machine with colleagues and team leaders at shift handover to ensure any problems are left with full detailed clear concise documentation when populating manufacturing information sheets intervention logbooks and in-process initiate and support continuous improvement to make decisions independently demonstrating a structured thought & Experience:Previous years relevant work experiencein a manufacturing in deep draw transfer press (Platarg and/or Bruderer) work is in using manual machine tools i.e. lathes milling machines surface cylindrical and internal grinding -served Toolmaker. City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or or equivalent in English and MathsComputer literate familiar with Microsoft Word and of working within a manufacturing environment is Capabilities:Good organisational interpersonal and time management flexible conscientious and proactive in work efficiently with supervision or unsupervised as a positive approach to own training and decision-making and problem-solving communication we Offer:Attractive compensation package with a 25% shift premiumCompany pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution).25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays) additional service days accrued after 5 Medical sick pay.
