Social mobility matters because everyone should have equal access to opportunities regardless of their background. At dentsuwerecommitted to creating pathways into our industry and supporting local communities. This aligns with the Japanese principle of Sanpo Yoshi good for society by helping young people access meaningful careers.
What can I expect
We are offering a 3-day immersive programme designed to give you real insight into life at dentsu.
Youllexplore our three core practice areas:
Customer Experience Management (CXM)
Media
Creative
Whetheryoureinterested in data advertising or creativitytheressomething for you.
During the programme you will:
Take part in interactive hands-on workshops
Hear from and network with industry experts
Build your confidence through employability sessions
Gain a deeper understanding of dentsu our work and our culture

We welcome and encourage applications from individuals aged 18 and upwards
This programme is designed to improve access for people from lowersocioeconomicbackgrounds. To be eligible you must meet at least one of the criteria below:
- The main household earner when you were aged 14 worked in a lower socio-economic occupation
You are or have been eligible for free school meals
You attended a school with above-average free school meal eligibility
You would be the first in your family to attend higher education (e.g. university or degree apprenticeship)
Wereparticularly keen to hear from those with an interest in data creative or media.
By applying for this programme you confirm that you meet at least one of the eligibility criteria above.

Reasonable travel costs will be covered (e.g. journeys up to one hour each way) along with lunch. Overnight stays are not available so please apply only if the location is within a comfortable commuting distance.
