Cost Management & Procurement is looking for a Third-Party Risk Analystbased out of Bradford Milton Keynes or Glasgow. Glasgow is the preferred location.
As a Third-Party Risk Analyst you will support the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) in delivering and maintaining a transformation capability for TPRM systems and processes in accordance with Santander internal and relevant external policies and regulation.

Support the development maintenance and periodic review of the TPRM Standards and Control Framework ensuring requirements remain clearly documented proportionate and aligned to the TPRM Policy applicable regulation risk appetite and wider organisational risk frameworks.
Develop and maintain the methodologies that underpin the TPRM framework including risk assessment criticality segmentation concentration financial resilience and other relevant third-party risk methodologies ensuring approaches criteria thresholds and decision rules are consistently defined and applied.
Support the design maintenance and ongoing review of TPRM Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) including the methodology thresholds tolerances and escalation criteria used to identify changes in third-party risk exposure and provide early warning of emerging or increasing risks. Monitoring risk metrics and indicators is specifically reflected in supervisory expectations for third-party risk management.
Produce analyse and continuously enhance TPRM Management Information and governance reporting translating third-party data KRIs control performance risk trends concentrations exceptions and emerging risks into clear insights that support effective management and governance decision-making.
Support the ongoing effectiveness and continuous improvement of the TPRM framework using insights from control monitoring KRI performance management information assurance activity audit findings regulatory developments and stakeholder feedback to identify enhancements to Standards Controls and Methodologies and track these through appropriate governance and approval

Professional Experience:
Experience of risk governance and control analytics (required)
Experience documenting standards procedures and controls (Required)
Understanding of Third-Party Risk Management and Procurement (Preferred)
Hard Skills:
Microsoft suite particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word (Required)
Risk management tools & techniques (Required)
Comfortable with data analysis and ability to identify insights from information (Preferred)
Regulatory compliance knowledge (Preferred)
Experience of coordinating project activity (Preferred)
Soft Skills:
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines individually and as part of a team (Required)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Required)

Salary Range:
37762.00 - 56642.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
