This role presents a great opportunity for an experienced early years professional to step into a Third in Charge position playing a key role in supporting the leadership team and maintaining high standards across the setting. You will be instrumental in helping to shape daily practice support staff development and ensure a consistent high-quality experience for children and families.
What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualificationessential
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioneressential
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
A nurturing caring approach to childcare
Confident leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
Strong communication skills when working with families and colleagues
Passion for delivering high-quality early years care and education

Supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy in the day-to-day running of the setting
Acting as a role model for best practice across the nursery
Supporting the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
Leading practice within rooms and supporting team performance
Building strong relationships with children families and colleagues
Monitoring childrens development and supporting staff with observations
Assisting with safeguarding compliance and operational standards
Stepping into leadership responsibilities in the absence of senior management
