What Youll Bring

• Diploma in Youth Work Child & Family or Community Services OR willingness to enrol
• Current unrestricted Australian drivers license and probity clearances
• Empathy resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
• Full availability across a range of shifts including weekends and overnights

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting young people with daily routines care and activities
• Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
• Creating safe structured therapeutic environments
• Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
• Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
• Mentoring young people to explore interests hobbies and cultural activities
• Administering medication safely and following individual support plans
• Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports
