Spire Little Aston Hospital is seeking a motivated Administrator to join our Theatre team on a part time basis working 30 hours per week. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who wants to work in a professional and collaborative environment playing a key role in supporting patient care behind the scenes.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily theatre schedules maintaining accurate operating lists and effective diary management.
- Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the theatre department.
- Act as the first point of contact managing queries and directing them appropriately.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to patients consultants and colleagues.
- Support the Theatre Manager in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the theatre department.
- Maintain quality systems and support compliance with relevant regulatory and healthcare standards including CQC requirements.
- Manage and distribute information to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
Who Were Looking For
- Access to your own transport is essential due to limited public transport links.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience handling confidential information appropriately and professionally.
- Previous healthcare administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
