Position Overview
Were looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
2. Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well including ingredients and cooking techniques to help guests with their choices.
3. Presentation: Serve dishes with style pour wine accurately and create memorable dining moments.
4. Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
5. Upselling: Recommend featured items drinks and wine pairings to enhance guests experiences.
6. Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly professionally and refer them to the line manager if necessary.

Qualifications :

• Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for food wine and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
