The Woodspeen Host Receptionist

Were looking for a friendly and professional Host/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Your warm welcome efficient seating and reservation management will ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Restaurant reservations and enquiries management and seating.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information.
• Keep the reception area clean and organised.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth operation.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications :

• Experience as a host/receptionist preferably in fine dining.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g. SevenRooms).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
